I was born in 1994 and raised in Western North Carolina. Asheville has always been home—not just where I live, but where I learned how to think, how to work, and how to build. It’s a place that keeps you grounded while still pushing you to think bigger.

My path didn’t start with a clear plan. It started with curiosity—about people, about systems, and about how things actually work. That led me through Buncombe County Early College, where I graduated in 2014, and then to UNC Asheville, where I earned my degree in Management in 2016 with a focus in Human Resource Management and Leadership.

Those years shaped how I approach structure, communication, and leadership. But more than anything, they reinforced a mindset that’s stayed with me—you're not supposed to have everything figured out before you start. You figure it out by getting in it.

In 2017, I stepped into the bail industry as a licensed surety bail bondsman. It wasn’t polished or predictable. It was fast, real, and demanding. It required learning quickly, thinking clearly, and making decisions that had immediate impact.

In 2018, I was part of launching my first agency. Looking back, that wasn’t just a step—it was the beginning. Building something from the ground up, especially inside a family-owned business, changes how you think. It becomes personal. The work carries weight.

Working closely with family shaped my approach to leadership. It taught me that growth without structure doesn’t last. That reputation matters. That accountability isn’t optional. And that if something is worth building, it’s worth building the right way.

In 2019, my role expanded into managing general agency operations. That shift forced a different level of thinking—focused on systems, risk, reporting, and scale. It wasn’t just about doing the work anymore—it was about building what supports it.

In 2020, I created NC Bail Network. That came from recognizing a gap—between the public and the industry. A lack of clarity. A lack of trust. A lack of accessible information. It became a way to build something that helped define how the industry is understood.

Through all of this, one thing has stayed consistent—I’ve learned by being in it. Not waiting. Not overthinking. Moving, adjusting, and figuring it out in real time.

Today, I serve as Owner and Chief Operating Officer across multiple ventures throughout North Carolina. My work sits at the intersection of operations, brand development, digital strategy, and public communication.

At the core of everything I do is a simple mindset:

Build something real. Build it well. And keep building.
